Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in Canada. Meat and frozen items are the exception — those are Ontario only.

Meat and frozen items — Ontario only, $35 flat fee

Our ostrich is processed at a provincially licensed facility, so we can only sell meat within Ontario. Frozen orders ship through our partner Indie Food and take 4 days to 2 weeks, depending on where you are in the province.

Everything else — anywhere in Canada, $20 flat fee

Leather goods, apparel, books, feathers, gifts and anything else that does not need refrigeration ships across Canada for a flat $20.

Free local delivery

We deliver free of charge in our local area. Get in touch if you are not sure whether you are in range.

Pick up at the Ranch

Free, during store hours, at 3555 County Rd. 3, Carrying Place, ON K0K 1L0.

Shipping outside Canada

Not available online yet. If you are outside Canada and would like something that does not need refrigeration, email us and we will sort out a quote.
