Most steaks are 1/2 pound portions. All flash frozen, vacuum sealed. Simply defrost and start searing!
Ostrich steak will taste like beef fillet mignon or tenderloin. It is lean and tender meat. High heat, quick cooking method is best. Medium rare is perfect!
